توقعت دائرة الأرصاد الجوية بالمديرية العامة للطيران المدني أن يكون الطقس غدا غائما إلى غائم جزئيا مع عدم تغير ملحوظ في درجات الحرارة وضباب كثيف على ارتفاعات متوسطة خاصة خلال فترة المساء.
وجاء في النشرة التالية:
- الوضع العام: يسود لبنان والحوض الشرقي للبحر المتوسط ، طقس صيفي معتدل ، مع درجات حرارة أقل من المتوسط حتى يوم السبت ، حيث تتأثر المنطقة بكتل هوائية حارة نسبياً منشؤها شبه الجزيرة العربية ، مما يؤدي إلى ارتفاع ملحوظ في درجات الحرارة. في المرتفعات والداخل ، مصحوبة برطوبة عالية. يزيد الشعور بالحرارة معها.
متوسط آب: يتراوح متوسط درجة الحرارة في بيروت لشهر آب بين 25 و 33 درجة ، وفي زحلة بين 18 و 35 درجة مئوية.
- الطقس المتوقع في لبنان:
الأربعاء: غائم جزئيًا إلى غائم أحيانًا ، مع ارتفاع طفيف في درجات الحرارة ، والتي تظل أقل من المتوسط على الساحل وأعلى من الداخل. يتشكل ضباب كثيف على ارتفاعات متوسطة في فترات الصباح والمساء.
الخميس: غائم جزئيا الى غائم جزئيا مع عدم تغير درجات الحرارة و ضباب كثيف على ارتفاعات متوسطة خاصة خلال فترة المساء.
الجمعة: سحب منخفضة بشكل عام مع ثبات في درجات الحرارة وهي أقل من المعدلات الموسمية على الساحل واعلى منها والداخلية وتتكون ضباب محلي على ارتفاعات متوسطة.
السبت: غائم الى غائم جزئيا مع ارتفاع في درجات الحرارة خاصة في المرتفعات والداخل حيث تلامس 39 درجة.
- درجة الحرارة على الساحل من 26 إلى 31 درجة ، فوق الجبال من 18 إلى 26 درجة ، في الداخل من 18 إلى 37 درجة.
-الرياح السطحية: غربية وغربية ، سرعتها بين 10 و 30 كم / ساعة.
- الكنس: جيد على الساحل ، ويزداد سوءا في المرتفعات مساءا وصباحا بسبب الضباب.
- الرطوبة النسبية على الساحل: بين 55 و 75٪.
- حالة البحر: هائج إلى منخفض ، حرارة سطح الماء: 30 درجة.
الضغط الجوي: 757 ملم زئبق.

The Meteorological Department of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation expected that the weather will be cloudy to partly cloudy tomorrow, with no noticeable change in temperatures and heavy fog at medium altitudes, especially during the evening period.
The following bulletin was stated:
- The general situation: Mild summer weather prevails in Lebanon and the eastern basin of the Mediterranean, with temperatures below average until Saturday, as the region is affected by relatively hot air masses originating from the Arabian Peninsula, which leads to a noticeable rise in temperatures. At altitudes and inland, accompanied by high humidity. The feeling of heat increases with it.
Average August: The average temperature in Beirut for the month of August ranges between 25 and 33 degrees, and in Zahle between 18 and 35 degrees Celsius.The expected weather in Lebanon:
Wednesday: Partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with a slight rise in temperatures, which remain below average on the coast and higher inland. Dense fog forms at medium altitudes in the morning and evening periods.
Thursday: Partly cloudy to partly cloudy with no change in temperatures and heavy fog at medium altitudes, especially during the evening period.
